Click-to-WhatsApp ads + AI agent = qualified leads
A click-to-WhatsApp ad brings chats, not leads. How a real-estate team can ask budget, location and timeline first, and book visits only for ready buyers.

Building the platform this article is about

This is an illustration, not a customer story. Picture a builder selling flats in a new project, running click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram. The ads work: chats arrive. The sales team calls every one, and most are “just checking the price”.
The fix is to ask the qualifying questions in the chat, before anyone picks up a phone.
The flow
When a chat arrives from the ad, a chatbot flow asks three questions with buttons: budget (ranges as buttons), preferred location (the project’s nearby areas), and when they want to buy (this quarter, this year, just looking). Buttons keep the answers clean and take one tap each.
Customers do not stay on the script, though. Some type “3BHK near the metro, loan already approved”. That is what the AI agent is for.
The agent qualifies
A “Run an AI agent” step reads the button answers and anything the customer typed. With the tools it is allowed, it marks the lead Qualified or not, adds a plain note for the sales team (“3BHK, under budget ceiling, loan approved, wants to buy this quarter”), and creates a follow-up task.
Questions about the project, such as possession date, amenities and carpet area, it answers from the brochure you gave it. Anything not in the brochure, a person confirms.
Only ready buyers get a site visit
The flow branches on the qualification. Ready buyers are offered a site-visit slot with the Book appointment step. The rest get the brochure and stay in the CRM for the next launch. The sales team spends its day on visits, not on calls that end at “just checking”.
Why WhatsApp is cheap here
When your business replies to a chat that began from a click-to-WhatsApp ad on Meta’s Android or iOS app, Meta opens a free entry point window, which its page says may remain open for up to 7 days. Messages inside it are free. You still pay the AI fee for each agent reply or run.
Ohanvi’s Ads Manager tracks each ad’s leads, so you can see which ad brought the qualified ones, not just the most chats.
What it costs
₹2 for each AI reply or agent run on our key, no monthly fee. The ad spend is Meta’s, billed to your ad account.
