Google Reviews

More Google reviews from the customers who already like you.

Most happy customers never write a review because writing one is work. Ohanvi gives them a QR code at your counter and a WhatsApp message after their visit. They tap their stars, answer a few questions, and get a draft written from their own answers to post on Google.

  • No monthly fee
  • 10 languages, plus Hinglish
  • One QR code per branch
  • Same Google button for every rating

More than a QR code

The review page is where it starts. Everything around it is what turns a few reviews into a steady stream.

A review page that does the writing

A customer scans your QR code, taps their stars and answers a few one-tap questions set for your industry. The AI writes up to three drafts from their own answers, in their language. They pick one, edit it if they like, and post it from their own Google account.

  • Drafts never invent a detail or state a star count
  • Customers can speak instead of typing
  • Tap a staff name to thank them, if you allow names in reviews
  • A printable flyer with your logo, photo and QR code

Ask on WhatsApp after every visit

The flow builder has a ready-made starter, “Ask for a Google review after an appointment”. It sends the review link on WhatsApp once the visit is over, to the same contact you booked, so nobody on your team has to remember.

Hear from unhappy customers, privately too

A customer who gives 1–3 stars sees the same Post on Google button as everyone else, and can also send you a private note. Notes land in their own inbox, with an unread count per branch, so you can put things right.

  • Add a comment only your team sees
  • Contact details only when the customer agrees to be contacted
  • Delete a customer’s contact details on request

Every branch, counted separately

Each branch has its own review page, link, QR flyer, daily limits and numbers. Switch branch from the top of any screen.

  • QR and link opens
  • Drafts the AI wrote, and reviews copied to Google
  • Your Google rating over time, checked about once a week
  • What customers told you, question by question

A check-up for your Google listing

The profile check reads your listing on Google Maps, scores it, and marks what to fix. It compares you with similar businesses within about 2 km and suggests what to do next.

Common questions

Is it allowed to help customers write Google reviews?

Ohanvi drafts a review only from what the customer gave: their stars, the answers they tapped and their own words. The customer chooses, edits and posts it from their own Google account. Every customer sees the same Post on Google button whatever they rate, so no rating is kept away from Google.

How do I ask customers for a review on WhatsApp?

Use the flow builder’s “Ask for a Google review after an appointment” starter. It sends your review link on WhatsApp after the visit, to the contact already on record.

What happens when a customer gives a low rating?

They see the same Post on Google button as everyone else. A customer who gives 1–3 stars can also send you a private note, which lands in your Private notes inbox. It sits below the Google button and never replaces it.

Can I manage several branches?

Yes. Each branch gets its own review page, link, QR flyer, daily limits and stats. The Annual Pack is per branch too: ₹1,000 a year for each branch you want unlimited AI drafts on.

Can Ohanvi reply to my Google reviews?

Not yet. Auto-reply is built and switches on once Google approves Ohanvi’s Business Profile access. Until then, reply from your Google Business Profile as usual.
