Zoho Arattai + India’s own messaging app, beside WhatsApp
Zoho launched Arattai for Business and the Arattai Business Platform in October 2026: an app for talking to customers, and a way for software to connect to it. When Ohanvi connects to it, a customer who writes on Arattai will reach the same inbox, the same team and the same contact record as one who writes on WhatsApp.
