Google Workspace + the tools your team already opens
Most teams already keep their lists in Sheets, their day in Google Calendar and their sign-ups in Google Forms. Connecting them lets a WhatsApp conversation write to those tools and be started by them — a lead lands in your sheet, a call request becomes a calendar event with a Meet link, a form response starts a WhatsApp follow-up — all on the same contact record as the conversation.
What it connects
- Google Sheets — choose a spreadsheet from Google Drive, add a row to it from a flow (every new WhatsApp lead, for example) or read its rows, and create a new spreadsheet
- Google Calendar — check whether people are free, then create, move or cancel an event, with a Google Meet link and invitations when you want them
- Google Meet — create an instant meeting link to send to a customer on WhatsApp
- Google Forms — choose a form from Google Drive, read its questions and responses, and start a flow when someone submits it
- Google Contacts — import the Google contacts you choose into the CRM, find a contact from a flow, start a flow when a contact is added, and save a WhatsApp contact to Google from a flow
- Google Search Console — see clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the websites and stores you have verified, your top searches and pages, sitemap status and whether a page is indexed; send yourself a weekly summary, or start a flow when search traffic drops
- Google Analytics — see users, sessions, engagement rate, key events (conversions) and revenue for the Google Analytics 4 properties you link, with the traffic sources, pages and key events behind them and how many people are on your site right now; ask the AI assistant why visitors dropped, send yourself a weekly website summary, start a flow when visitors or conversions drop or tracking goes silent, compare the revenue Analytics recorded with your store’s own orders, and follow searchers from Google Search to your site in Search Console
What it asks for, and why
- Permission to see, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files that you use with this app
- This one permission covers Sheets and Forms, and it reaches only two kinds of file: spreadsheets Ohanvi creates for you, and the spreadsheets and forms you pick yourself in Google’s own file picker. Ohanvi cannot see, list or open anything else in your Google Drive. Picking a file once is what lets a flow add a row or read a new form response later, when nobody is at the keyboard — until you remove Ohanvi’s access in your Google Account.
- Permission to view and edit events on your calendars, see your list of calendars, and see when people are free
- Booking a call means checking who is free and then creating the event; moving or cancelling it later needs edit access. The calendar list is how you choose which calendar a flow books into.
- Permission to create Google Meet meetings
- An instant link is created only when you or a flow ask for one. Ohanvi can see only the meetings it created — not your other meetings, recordings or transcripts.
- Permission to see and edit your Google contacts
- Importing, finding a contact and starting a flow when one is added all read them. Only the “Save to Google Contacts” flow step writes, to create or update a contact, and nothing is written to Google Contacts unless a flow you built saves one.
- Permission to view Search Console data for your verified sites
- This is read-only. Ohanvi shows the sites you choose to link, keeps their daily totals so you can compare trends beyond the 16 months Google keeps, and never adds, removes or changes a site or a sitemap — to submit a sitemap, Ohanvi opens Search Console for you.
- Permission to see and download your Google Analytics data
- This is read-only, and Ohanvi asks for it only when you choose Connect Google Analytics. Ohanvi reads reports only for the properties you choose to link — visitors, traffic sources, pages, key events and revenue — to show them in your dashboard, the AI assistant, your weekly summary and your alerts, and keeps their daily totals so these load quickly. It never creates or changes a property, an event or a key event — to change those, Ohanvi opens Google Analytics for you.
Setting it up
- Open Integrations → Google Workspace in the app.
- Choose Connect on the card of the service you want, and sign in with the Google account that owns the sheets, calendar or forms.
- Approve that one service — each is granted on its own card and none requires the others. You can add another service, or a second Google account, later.
- Use the service from its card, or choose “Use in a flow” to add it as a step or a trigger in a WhatsApp flow.
- For an existing spreadsheet or form, choose “Choose from Google Drive” and select it in Google’s picker. Pasting its link first opens the picker on that file.
- Run the flow once with your own number before switching it on for customers.
If the connection lapses
Flow steps that use Google stop, and the service’s card asks you to reconnect; watched forms and new Google contacts stop starting flows, Search Console and Google Analytics stop adding new days to their history, and Analytics alerts stop. Nothing already in Ohanvi is affected: contacts imported earlier stay in the CRM, and flow runs that already finished are unchanged. Disconnecting one service leaves the others working, and reconnecting the same Google account restores them.
What it costs
WhatsApp messages a flow sends are billed at the per-message rate on the pricing page. Which plans the connector itself is available on is not published here yet; ask us and we will tell you straight.
Questions this answers
- Does Ohanvi integrate with Google Workspace?
- Yes, and it is live today — not a roadmap item. Add rows to Google Sheets, book Calendar events with Meet links, start flows from Forms responses, and import or save Google Contacts.
